The Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry (DAFF) has two grants still open for agriculture:

Closing at 9pm on 4 June 2024 (AEST), this open competitive Small Grant will support farmers and land holders to adopt sustainable agriculture best practices, as well as facilitate and implement practice change. The grants will improve management of our natural resources and increase sustainable on-farm productivity and resilience to climate change.

Support Plantation Establishment 2024–25 (Round 2, Batches 1 and 2)

Support Plantation Establishment 2024–25 Program (Round 2, Batches 1 & 2)

This demand-driven grant supports the establishment of new, long-rotation plantation forests and assists the sector in responding to the projected growth in demand for local timber resources, increasing domestic timber supply and helping to reduce Australia’s carbon emissions by storing the carbon in timber.
