Gross margin analysis is a critical step in farm planning and decision making. In this module, we take an enterprise focused approach. We will consider both cash flow implications of a variety of enterprise choices. The module will also focus on preparing annual cash flow budgets.

Module 2 is part of a series of skills development workshops. Attending the Module 1 Financial Skills Workshop is not a prerequisite to attend Module 2. Participants have the opportunity to interact in a face-to-face environment with facilitator Tony Hudson, other farmers and the local Rabobank team. This complimentary workshop is a collaboration between Rabobank, the Rabo Client Councils and content and facilitator partner, Tony Hudson of Hudson Facilitation.

Last-minute vacancies available! Don’t miss out, closing 6pm Monday 27 May.

Morning tea and lunch will be provided at this event.
