Amanda Aitken from the Mental Health Council of Tasmania will talk about Take a minute – a tool to help keep individuals and organisations mentally fit, healthy and connected, with a new app coming out in May.

Rural Alive and Well Tasmania will take us through the health services and support available to farmers and Ag communities as we prepare for drought.
