evokeAG. 2026 returns to Melbourne!

AgriFutures evokeAG. is Asia Pacific’s annual showcase of bold ideas, groundbreaking innovations and disruptive science driving agriculture towards a better future. Entering its sixth year, evokeAG. continues to facilitate investment, nurture innovation and create impact, which is reflected in its new evergreen tagline: Invest. Innovate. Impact. Since its inception in 2019, evokeAG. has brought together over 8,100 delegates, 391 investors, 577 speakers, and 1,122 primary producers to drive agriculture towards a better future.

As part of our partnership with evokeAg 2026, The University of Melbourne will be hosting a facilitated breakout roundtable discussion as part of the evokeᴬᴳ Roundtable Challenge.

This session brings together industry leaders, innovators and stakeholders for a focused, solutions-driven conversation on the future of food systems.

Title: What will Australia — and the world — be eating in 2035, and how can production practices that lift food quality and human health drive real value back to the farm gate?
Facilitator: Professor Chibuike Udenigwe, Food Science (SAFES)
When: Tuesday 17 February, 12:25–1:05pm
Where: Connect and Collaborate Breakout Room, MCEC

Following evokeAG 2026, delegates are invited to join a one-day field tour of The University of Melbourne’s Dookie Campus. The tour will highlight Dookie’s unique integration of commercial farming, teaching excellence, applied research and agricultural innovation.
